What is the difference between magnetic suspension centrifugal blower and common blower?

Operation and maintenance of boiler blower:

(1) The scene and the control room are well lit, and there is no leakage of equipment and system pipelines.

(2) The grounding wire of blower motor is in good condition, the accident button is intact, and the temperature rise of current motor and stator is stable and normal.

(3) No leakage of bearing and transmission, normal oil level, good oil quality, no oil ring falling off, sufficient oil in the butter cup.

(4) Unimpeded cooling water, normal pressure and good water quality.

(5) Bearing temperature, vibration and series shaft do not exceed the allowable value.

(6) No loose corner bolts, safety cover and rain cover intact and firm.

(7) Check that all gauges, indicator lights, alarm signals, flash tests, accident audio, interlocks and protection devices are in normal condition.

(8) When the oil level is low, the oil should be filled to the normal oil level (1/2 oil level) in time.

(9) If the bearing temperature is high due to the lack of oil, it should be refueled in time.

(10) During the careful inspection, in case of any abnormality of the equipment, it is necessary to strengthen the monitoring, make a good accident expectation, and contact for repair and treatment in time when defects are found.
